Document Management
At the heart of AxxiTRIALS is a powerful, easy-to-use document management, distribution, and notification system.
Investigators log in to AxxiTRIALS to access their documents, provide read confirmation if prompted to do so, and organize their files myBinder™. The Training module lets them view presentations and videos that the sponsor has shared.

Trial Alerts
- Immediately see what alerts were sent to me
- Icons are indicate if files are:
- "urgent"
- "overdue"
- "read confirmation required"
myBinder™
- Read items are automatically filed in myBinder
- Investigators can create their own custom folders
- Moving documents between folders is easy
Search
- Simple keyword search
- All areas of the site are searched, including document names, descriptions, and keywords
- Search results are sorted by type of result, such as Documents, News, etc.
- The search keyword is highlighted in search results
Color Coding for Easy Sorting
- Documents can be assigned categories to by the sponsor (i.e. Green for 'Regulatory')
- Investigators easily sort Unread Files and myBinder files by category
